1. In these terms and conditions the ‘Offer’ refers to ‘BUSINESS COACHING ONLINE HALF-DAY’.
2. Who Is Eligible: You must be a legal resident of Australia and either 1) a female or 1) a ‘social good’ small business owner, proprietor or sole-trader, and at least 18 years of age.
3. How to Enter: Enter online via https://www.authenticstatecoaching.com/online-coaching. Limit one (1) total entry per person.
4. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from 3pm Monday 3 August 2020 to midnight Sunday 30 August 2020. Authentic State reserve the right to extend entry period and adjust these terms and conditions for any reason.
5. Prize Draw: At the close of the Entry Period, main entries will be randomly drawn online.
6. Prizes are as follows: 7 x (VIP half days) as seen on https://www.authenticstatecoaching.com/money-mindset-business-coaching. Coaching topics may be varied or repeated at the discretion of Authentic State.
7. Prizes are non-transferable.
8. Decisions: Decisions of the judges are final and binding. The winner will be drawn on 31 August and prize winners notified within 14 days.
9. Claiming prizes: Winner entries must book and redeem prize through undertaking their half-day coaching within 8 weeks of notification of been a winner.
10. Entries Not Received: Authentic State is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
11. Entrant's Agreement: By entering, you agree to abide by the terms of these official Rules and by the decisions we make regarding this Offer, which are final and binding on all matters. If you do not agree to that, please do not enter.
12. Announcing Winners: Winners will be announced on in September 2020. Winners will be notified of their winnings via email and/or phone.
13. Signing Documents: Winners of Offer will be required to sign a coaching agreement before claiming prize.
14. Mail list: By entering the competition, you agree to be added to our email communications list. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your data with third parties. You also agree we can contact you regarding a free 30 minute discovery coaching call.
15. Termination of Offer: Authentic State reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer if anything required for its conduct should malfunction or be deemed illegal. Should this Offer be terminated prior to the end of any Entry Period, which we may do at our sole discretion, a notice will be posted via email to entries.
16. Privacy: Any personal information submitted in this Offer may be collected for sole use of Authentic State only, and not resold or otherwise shared with third parties for marketing or sales purposes.
